I have the exact same issue, it has only been happening since the last Tuesday reset. I also asked if my ISP changed anything and they said nothing had changed for them, I did what I could from guides and help posts but haven't had any improvement either. I got returned to orbit randomly with this error code twice while trying to do an expert exotic mission and getting to boss both times. Lost just over an hour and a half because of this. Managed to finish it fast enough on the third run before it could kick me with an error. But its getting extremely annoying, I hope its fixed soon because there's nothing else I can do.
