Cruel mercy perk
So In the TWID it was stated that Cruel Mercy will be getting Jolting feedback in 4th column but in the API it is replaced with Rolling storm.
Is this the actual perk pool now or will this be modified?

Bungie are currently looking into it. As far as I'm aware they haven't given confirmation on whether the correct perk is Rolling Storm and the TWID is wrong or vice versa.
