After season of Opulence I took a fat 7 year break from this game cause I didn't really like the content Shadowkeep was bringing. However come Season of the Wish I came back, cause the story elements and gameplay have been refined since when I was a tryhard in year one lol. Coming back to the game, I've been trying to get all titles and triumphs available in the game. And the Harbinger title is one of the main ones that I really one but unfortunately am unable to get due to probably some sunsetting that has happened in the game. From what I've read and looked up after doing the 9 Dead Ghosts for "Luna's Lost Are Found" triumph you are suppose to receive a mission togo into the Pit of Heresy Dungeon to acquire the last Dead Ghost in the Ogre encounter or get another Ghost trace to go get the final Dead Ghost. However once getting all 9 done, no mission, and no more Ghost traces dropped. So therefore unable to complete the badge and complete the title, even though its not a sunset title. Would love to complete my collection of titles and triumphs however with there seeming to be an issue with this title It would be great for someone to look into it, or at the very least give people the necessary means to complete the title. Next will be the speedrun and solo flawless competitions of The Whisper Exotic mission since its reprisal and I'm assuming Zero Hour has the same issues but haven't went into it yet. Even completing the speedrun in 11:25 solo Flawless on Expert didn't receive the "Swift Whisper" or "Flawless Whisper" triumphs, though it did give me the "Whisper to Yourself" triumph which seems weird to be cause a lot of them have the same conditions to complete. Attached will be screenshots regarding the title and triumphs, seriously hope all this gets looked into cause as a completionist not being able to "Complete" the game is a huge disappointment after coming from Year 1 Destiny 2 and being able to complete everything.
