It makes absolutely no sense to make balance changes based off of Mayhem.
It's purposely designed to be chaotic as a result of increased ability and super charge. More common heavy.
It's in the name.

I get that but certain things can be changed. I think there should be more spawn protection in all crucible game modes when it comes to supers just because certain supers can get multiple kills by doing nothing but cast them.
