Crucible competitive weapon focusing issue
I did my 7 placement matches, got rose instead of redric's estoc. but was able to focus "Arcite's Keepsakes" weapons that week. the following week I did my 3 placement matches, got my redric's estoc but have been unable to focus "Arcite's Keepsakes" . This has been occurring every week thus far.

This is indeed an ongoing issue, where some players are unable to engage in focused decoding for certain items with Lord Shaxx despite the fact that they should be able to.
