You can't tell me that in 82 mfin attempts in getting one specific version of the class items is not enough to GET THAT FREAKING ONE VERSION?!?
The "R" in "RNG" stands for "Random." You shouldn't expect a coin flip to land on heads next if it landed on tails.

With 'focusing' it should be less random. Instead it's "random" (note the heavy quotes) The only things the game seems to guarantee are crap
With 'focusing' it should be less random.
It is. OP just had "bad" luck.

No but with coin flips it has roughly a 50% chance of landing on heads so the more you flip it the more likely you are to get that heads flip. Point being there needs to be a threshold of some kind

Just like a 1 in 64 chance, theoretically getting 82 class items could get you the drop. Nothing's guaranteed with RNG
so the more you flip it the more likely you are to get that heads flip.
That's incorrect. Every flip has a 50% chance of being heads.

For every set, there are outliers. For example, if 10000 people flip a fair coin 100 times, the results would probably fall on a bell curve centered around 50% heads. However, SOME players would have many more Heads than tails, and SOME players would have far fewer heads than tails. That is simple probability. I agree with your conclusion is that RNG sucks and should be removed, but your statement that it is "broken" is likely untrue.
