uh? the stasis lock super is the strongest pvp super in the game

Except that you need to Freeze + Shatter any roaming super twice. Which is surprisingly long. I'm not saying this isn't balanced. Just kinda stupid that we need to go through two steps to do what other roaming supers do in one.
