Never received token
I have not received my name change token, I would like to change my name from guardian that was done by the game. How long is this going to take?

1 RispondiHey there. Just to confirm, if you can enter a new name into the text box on your profile (whether it gets accepted or not when you submit) this means you do have a name change available. The issue with it not being accepted is due to it hitting the name filter. If you do not have a name change token, the text box will not be editable, and it will say 'no name changes available' below it, in red text.

7 RisposteBungie issued the tokens last week. Keep in mind they are not an item, just a permission to change one's name. To change one's name the new name must be in alignment with the Code of Conduct and Bungie name policy. It is worth noting that while they did fix the issue, some names that were impacted are still not able to be selected as they were before. Bungie is investigating that. You can either wait for Bungie to implement a fix for previously moderated names or change your name to a variant of your previous name.
