Stop it.
I’m a 50 year old guy. I don’t have the luxury to buy a headset and yell at folks who already irritated while my kids sleep down the hall.
Stop forcing Co-Op.
If you want your community to play Co-Op design better Co-Op encounters.

1 RispondiAll i’m gonna say, is that the people in here calling him out for wanting to play a multiplier game by himself BETTER NOT be the people complaining about Dual Destiny.

You can have a perfectly fine Destiny experience never teaming up with a single person.

I turn 50 this month! Hey If you want help and have some fun send me an invite I will be on for about 5-6 hours catching up on everything. Its my day off and I just bought a 6 pack

2 RisposteJust do patrols or pale heart.

Brother it's an mmo multiplayer shooter dealing with other people is an unavoidable part of the game, there are plenty of good criticisms but this ain't it. If you don't like the genre play something else.
-
10 Risposte"Stop forcing me to play with other people!" Shouts man who bought a game that was clearly advertised as an mmo and did nothing to hide the fact that many things would require a group of people to complete
-
7 RisposteYou aren't being forced to do anything. You don't have to play this game. Welcome to MMO's.
-
1 RispondiWelcome to MMOs, cry more :)
-
Destiny is and has always been an online multiplayer game. A headset is 20 dollars. If you think playing with others is all about "yelling and being irritated," then it is probably best you don't. It may be time to find a new game... there are lots of single player games out there. They will never cater to solo players.... as it should be.
-
I’m not doing the co-op only missions either. Not because I can’t afford a headset (I have a couple, I used to use them) but because I no longer want to. I accept that a consequence of my decision there’s some gear I just won’t get.
-
2 RisposteWonder how you made it to 50 chief. But I am guessing still living with an older relative that pays the bills, some part time iob at the local gas station, a basement dwelling etc

Just sounds like excuses
-
You can’t be bothered to buy a $20 headset? Wow.
-
Modificato da Illuminatis_fedl: 9/12/2024 8:54:05 PMSo u can’t afford a $20-$50 headset but can spend money on destiny 2? Okayyyy

"Online multiplayer game" 🤔
-
One, a headset for communication can be around $15. Two, it sounds like you’re the issue when it comes to team work. You don’t have to yell at your co-op teammates, ever.
-
1 Rispondi"Looks" like they are taking that feedback and upping matchmaking and solo stuff for frontiers which is a good thing.. ...as I agree they should have choices/options for how to interact with the gameplay. It doesn't take away from fireteamers, mic-enthusiasts, chatty-natties, hand-holders, social-butterflies, anti-doing-things-like-real-world-people...
-
The multiplayer aspects of the game are generally the highest quality parts of the game and the most loved by those who do them. It's only the solo's who hate them and generally they don't even touch those kind of stuff to begin with.

The game has text chat. You’re an adult, learn how to interact with other people without yelling.

4 RisposteWhat are you forced to do that's co-op?
-
I’ll sell ya my old ps4 earbud for $7
-
I would be down for playing with anyone if you want to do something specific for rewards that needs a Fireteam. Co-op and solo are both fun! I know sometimes talking is tiring, especially if you don't know them.

Plug in a keyboard and then you don’t have to speak.
