10th Anniversary seems bad.
So is this it? Just some old looking armour and a pointless title?

4 RisposteFrom the looks of it the Icebreaker is also apart of it but they're going to add it into the dungeon which is paid. Granted if you didn't play last season the title is also paid (Hitting rank 8 requires Final Shape) but I think Icebreaker should've been a quest with a different dungeon reward.
