Second time I’m posting this. Bungie please tie this exotic to damage and not kills for pve. The only thing it does now is give reduced damage on yourself for trip mines. It is unusable in any level of content. I had so much fun with it originally. If PvP is the issue just make it return max 50% energy.

Modificato da Soul_Eater_42: 9/13/2024 2:53:30 PMAll they had to do was reduce the amount of energy it gives you from damaging Guardians. Of course, it's pretty obvious they wanted to rein it in for PvE as well. What those morons neglected to do was increase the amount of energy it returns from kills, effectively making it useless in PvE. I've since moved on to using Ophidia Spathe. The build I use with it fills the role that Young Ahamkara's Spine should have had with the rework. Near-constant uptime as long as I get kills. YAS has nothing going for it now, other than increasing the radius of Tripmines. It doesn't even give you a second Tripmine charge like the D1 version did.

Then un nerf Star fire

YAS was a model of what an exotic should be. It completely changed the playstyle while maintaining the subclass’s identity. It also made an underused ability relevant. I speak for PvE, PvP I wouldn’t care if they remove the exotic perk entirely.

12 RisposteI'd rather they bring back the d1 version, I had so much fun with that

I second this motion! They should just have it so that only damage against combatants gives energy back. That way the exotic could be usable in PvE again without getting any stronger in PvP.

SunslingerFix Young Ahamkara's Spine - vecchio

Revert nerfs to HOIL, Sythoceps, etc. I can go on a list. I'm tired of seeing revert YAS nerfs.

Yea, i miss my old tripmie buid.

Or if it got a stacking damage bonus on kills it could work like ashen wakes do for titans.

I agree. I love the way they look so if they were better, then that would be awesome!
