Every time I watch the Act 3 Cutscene Intro, I keep getting a black screen that doesn't progress me into the next quest step. I've already tried clearing my download cache and it didn't seem to fix the issue. One of my friends that did get past the cutscene was able to take me into the Encore exotic mission, but I didn't get the exotic weapon out of it. This bug isn't allowing me to access the Failsafe vendor in the H.E.L.M. at all and I absolutely don't know how to fix it.
