The quest in the shadow of the mountain never ends even I delete it and reclaim it again I want to finish it for the catalyst

Its bugged as far as I know If you can access that room, you should be able to do the catalyst - you may need to have someone else as leader though. The quest itself doesn't give you the catalyst.
