Pinnacle dropping at current power not above current power.
I am 1999 7/8 power, I ran three resets of pathfinder and exotic rotator twice and all the pinnacles dropped at 1999 not 2000, for any slot.
Small Update: Was I able to get a 2000 from Hawthorne, but that is my first one this week.
