Since Fireteam finder (FF) has been active - me and other veteran friends have seen almost a constant 1 of 1 issue where newer guys are totally confused about how to use it. Here are some suggestions: 1. DO NOT request a ready! You should already be ready and it is quite disrespectful to the time of others if you join a game and are not ready. 2. Do NOT have a launch button! no one gets this and as soon as the team is in - it should launch. 3. For the easy nightfall - there should not be an easy nightfall in Fireteam Finder as they can use the Vanguard menu and auto-find people for new guys...
