Hello Bungie,
I’ve been having an issue with getting the season pass to work and I can’t help but feel a little cheated out of my money because of this. I’ve heard other players on PlayStation having the same problem. This also isn’t the first time this has happened either. From Beyond Light to the Final Shape, I’ve bought the deluxe edition for each DLC and every time, the pass never has worked. I’m not sure if you guys are trying to fix this or even know about it but others and I would greatly appreciate it if this could be fixed.

5 RisposteAre you purchasing the expansion on your playing account, or do you buy on one then play on another? There is a form setup for someone at Bungie to look into it if you are purchasing on the same account as you are playing on - https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items If you are using an alternate account to purchase, it's working as intended as only the purchasing account gets the season/episode passes or dungeon keys.
