As you can see in the video provided, a player severs me with his threaded spike. You can clearly see the "sever" debuff on my screen. I take another fight while severed but still am able to do max damage. Last season when sever was working correctly my outgoing damage would have received a 15% debuff while severed. So I shouldn't be able to three tap. Slice is one of the coolest perks released and arguably in its most powerful state last season( courtesy of torch artifact erk), nobody had a problem. So, I assume this is a bug and unintended. So we would like some clarification as this bug has persisted since the march 5 big update. Cheers.
