im on pc with a hard wire 500 up 500 down fiber connection i use steam it gets to first screen and nothing i have verified the files two times and still cant connect

Exactly what happen to me an my wife now if u keep tring over an over an over itll let us in sometime we try three times sometimes its ten thats how we have been fixxing it but thats getting old quick if u try repeatedly does it let u in
