Why waste an exotic for what a perk can do on its own?

Yeah because Destabilizing Rounds has the cooldown OPs post is addressing. Plus while rare some weapons do offer Destabilizing Rounds with a damage perk. Hammerhead for example

Right. I do agree it needs a buff. I can also understand why there's some hesitancy as well. Have you seen a Ros with onslaught and gyrfalcons? Insanity lol
