This happened last year (or maybe it was two years ago. Whichever one had the candescent set) and I'm pretty sure another year before that as well. They've always added the non-glow set separately into collections later. So I'm 95% sure it's just that again, and it will be fixed later, as it always has been and we'll have the unkindled version to transmog later.
