That makes zero sense. You can't unlock a transmong (without spending money) without going 30 (10 per character class) transmog bounties. It's very easy to hit that cap. There about 75+ of just helmets for one character left to get for me. That's not including other piece of armor or characters. That's over 1,100 transmongs left to do. The 30 per season is not enough. That's two sets per character and we get two new sets of armor every season per character. Meaning we can't transmog everything unless we buy Pete another car.
