I'm having the same issue here, any help would be appreciated.

It seems to go away after you complete another bonfire activity, or complete the next step of refreshing the bounty (I put up with the pop up and did these and the tooltip seems to go away for me, don't know which one did the trick tho)

Same thing here it's SO ANNOYING, Bungie replied to a post 1 year ago and said they were aware of it then just ignored it. Game is literally unplayable, can't see my screen.
