Twitch Trials Match Reactions Not Able To Collect
Just spent a few hours watching trials while I and after I got 10. Yes it was a real 10 I even refreshed to make sure there were not double clicks in there. Log into destiny and go to tower and nothing. No reps, no glimmer or XP. I look on twitch and it says weekly reward collected. I didnt collect anything there was nothing there. I am reloading destiny and double checking. Check the special deliveries kiosk but still nothing

same here. On twitch "Weekly reward collected" but I didn't collect anything.

Same problem. Has worked just fine until 3 weeks ago. Wife's account still works just fine

6 RisposteHi there, Thanks for reaching out. Double check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Prime Gaming account. You can verify if you have successfully linked your Prime Gaming account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking, and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section. If you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else keep in mind that only one reward may be granted per Amazon Prime account. Please also check your Partner Rewards page on your Bungie.net account to see if the reward was claimed successfully. If problems persist we recommend relinking your Twitch Prime and Bungie.net accounts to be ready to receive the next Prime Gaming drop.

3 RisposteSame here, this week and last week. My inventory/vault is not full. I noticed that the message in the Twitch Viewer Bounty tab reads "Weekly reward collected" which sounds like the game thinks I've already picked up the reward. In weeks where I have been able to get it, I think the message has said something like "Your reward is ready for pickup at the Special Deliveries kiosk."
