Anyone have Shard exchange ideas?
Not sure how to spend just under 30K of shards before next season.

Buy raid banners. Buy dark shards in dreaming city or phantasmal fragments on the moon..... Those materials can be exchanged for glimmer too.

Bright Dust , it isn't a thing but it should be Maybe 10 Shards =100 Dust IDK what would be fair rate, but atleast players wouldn't feel like there time was wasted -
Rahool sells materials for shards- ascendent alloys (1/week @400 shards per alloy) plus any extra that can be spent on prisms & shards. Think you can trade them for glimmer too, but I consider that a last resort. I also plan on focusing engrams a lot more since they are used for that too. It's probably best to wait until the end of the season for core playlist vendors though, since you can prestige and get multiple perk options.

Xur also will take them so be sure to pick up anything that looks good or you don't have, but sadly only 1x a week for the 97 Legendary shard mystery exotic.

2 RisposteI like to pull blue armor from collections and upgrade it to lvl 8 and then dismantle it. This allows you to spend 1 Enhancement Prism to turn it into 3 Enhancement Cores when you dismantle the armor. You'll end up spending a lot of glimmer, shards to upgrade the armor and then more shards to buy more glimmer to continue but you need to have a lot of enhancement prisms that you don't need.

purchase your daily limit of cores, weekly limit of golf balls and alloys. You can use them to by raid banners etc.. BAsicallly you aren't going to get rid of them all and I suspect other materials will also end up depricated. as those with materials willexchange for others leaving a massive gap between haves and have nots.. this is why bungie is doing this. so that we are all equal.

Phantasmal fragments for future glimmer although the exchange is pretty bad. I got up to like 600 raid banners before realizing you can't put them in your vault so I stopped.
