Perhaps cancelling pre-orders will make them up their security game a bit?
I just submitted my request through xbox and they Should resolve it- if not my credit card company will become involved and they will DEFINITELY get that junk cancelled. As legally entitled.

Likely not. Sony wouldn’t even give me a refund for Anthem after it completely bricked my PS4. But my point is to register a legitimate and strong complaint about the game being unplayable so often for such extended periods of time.
Enough with all you trolls. Im not even reading hateful responses anymore- just immediately reporting.

I, since the beginning of D1 always pre-ordered as soon as it was available. Based on this piss-poor release (LightFall, not just this season) and all the issues which are NEVER actually fixed but watching them continuously nerf and fix anything that is user enjoyable (no I did not participate in the crafting glitch but I am thinking of it as well as others), as fast as they possibly can and leave things broken for ages, if they ever bother fixing them. WHY THE HELL SHOULD I CARE ANY MORE ?!?!?! They are obviously worried about other things and not us. Streamers probably, but that's not the real community, just parasites.

It has become too frustrating with the ways they have decided to draw this game out. I was looking forward to a ten year franchise only to get a cardboard cutout of what was initially planned. Even now, they've made that cutout thinner still until the light shows through. So yeah, not for me anymore, I think. I didn't even pre-order this time, and this, from a fellow who has missed only one Collectors edition (the one with the backpack). Not spending any more on this boondoggle.

If you seriously want Bungie / Destiny to change - you need to stop playing & purchasing Bungie products. The only feedback that the analytic departments at these gaming corporations understand is numbers. Player population numbers, player engagement numbers, pre-sale numbers, and sales numbers.
