PC, Steam. I was in an Alters of summoning in the right arena with 2 randoms. We got the Solar crystals with scorn. I was running arc and used my melee on the crystal keeper next to the wall and the crystal dropped in the wall. We all attempted to collect it but we couldn't get it out for the remaining 3 minutes we had. We waited for another crystal keeper to spawn and killed adds but all we got were normal adds.
