With all the DDOS, server & connectivity issues, Bungie should refund us our money. I paid for 2 Lightfall & Annual Pass and so far really haven't been able to use them. Especially this past week! Used to love this game 😕

That’s not really reasonable, for example a $100 USD expansion having a one week refund would be just about $1.93 USD which is hardly even worth enough trouble to pay some poor schmuck in Accounting to process it. Honestly them pushing up the Master Raid content to Thursday and bringing back the same Trials map and Loot is enough of a compensation in my opinion, at least once they can stabilize whatever DDoS event is happening. (If they can catch them, whatever punishment they receive for this will be far too good for them)

Lightfall is a year long DLC and you want a refund for a few days inconvenience due to an issue out of their control?!? Time to be an adult about it wouldn’t you say?

Contact your credit card company. If you have a good one and made the purchase recently there’s a chance they will refund you. There’s plenty of info online about the issues with the game. Good luck.

I know I didn't so in what world would I be able to ask bungie for my money back when I never gave them money in the first place?
