Bungie has a separate listing of what is bannable in Destiny [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049517431-Destiny-Account-Restrictions-and-Banning-Policies] referred to here[/url] for more information on Restrictions and Game Ban Policies, to which any violations to go Bungie's Security Team, not us Volunteer Moderators. Further - Bungie has already responded publicly on the issue they're investigating, clarifying that it does not meet their criteria for an in-game Ban or Restriction, unless you're doing something else outside the game and violating their policies.
