Hey, just wanted to ask for help on my D1 stuff. I'm not sure I it would be possible, but a while ago I guess I logged onto ps4 d1 and updated my account? Yet I was never informed on the whole "One and done" process from ps3 to 4. I want to know if I could get my D1 ps4 account reset, since I hadn't played on ps4 till much later on, and I would love to be able to bring my true progress over from ps3 d1, rather than almost restarting from scratch. Is that something I could ask for?
