Purchased boost with silver. Can’t play character
Can support help me and refund the silver so I can use it to create a new titan for me to level boost? Old titan keeps getting MONKEY errors and can’t do anything. Apparently it’s some sort of cross save bug or something.

Please do not make any changes to your configuration in an attempt to fix this, as deactivating Cross Save will trigger a 90 day cooldown in which it cannot be reactivated. Please continue to monitor BungieHelp on Twitter and the weekly blog posts for updates on this and other known issues!
