Fishing
Has anyone else had pretty terrible fishing rates or is this just another activity I'm unlucky at. I've gone through probably 40 to 50 bait and only one legendary has been caught.

There’s actually fishing guides, as ridiculous as it is. Once you get your meter higher by collecting your blue fishes, you will get a higher chance to collect legendary and at max (so people say) an exotic has a chance to drop.
