This is such a broad statement that there's actually nothing to pull from it as feedback. Bungie if nothing else has been transparent and even communicates to the community on a bi-weekly basis.
There's been direction changes and meta shifts on a seasonal basis as there has been since Destiny's inception. I'm not personally down with all of Bungie's choices, but it's weird that some of you don't pay attention to their announcements and react like this after the fact.
It's kind of like Bungie straight up says "here are my up coming red flags" then you guys ignore them until it affects you, and then its "how dare you have these red flags". Feedback needs to be clear and direct

Yeah not really but what feedback would you get if I simply said "You're incompetent"? Probably not much. Plus I'm perma banned from DTG for calling the mods boomers after they hit me with a 1 week ban for calling someone a s*mp, and Luke Smith got me banned on Twitter because kept roasting him about sunsetting. It's not even a "be civil" rebuttal, I personally don't even know what this post is supposed to be about.

There's been plenty of feedback from the community over the years. Bungie just chooses to ignore them. They don't even use their own forum to hear feedback from the community instead they turn to Reddit forums for feedback.

Feedback isn't always ignored, but the point of this reply is that this post isn't feedback Additionally I've found Bungie more often than not accepts feedback for things they're actually looking into. Feedback on direction changes often does get ignored because they're committed to the change. As an example I see some feedback for D2 to drop free to play. While I also dislike ftp elements I doubt Bungie would ever consider going back to being a paid title

Well most of the feedback the community offers to Bungie are largely ignored because it doesn't fit with their vision of the game or refuse to implement it because it's their game and players should only play it Bungie's way. Take matchmaking or even build loadouts for example, it took them so long to even implement basic game functionality that should have been implemented years ago that the community has been asking for years. Instead they relied on 3rd parties for finding groups for matchmaking purposes and Destiny item managers for loadout functionality.

Sure, and that's on the lead director of the game. Even then it's not like all feedback is going to be taken if it does relate to aspects of the game they intend to change You wanna see some change you'd have better luck making comments about or making suggestions on balance in-game. Probably won't see much immediate change if you're asking for a system overhaul
