Blank sign-in for steam-bungie.net (already using correct browsers on desktop)
SUBJECT: Authorize linkage of steam + bungie results in nothing
COMPANION VERSION: Android
BROWSER OR DEVICE: Chrome, Edge, and Firefox (phone is S20 FE, PC Windows 10, both up-to-date)
DESCRIPTION: When I click on authorize, the page reloads, and nothing changes. App unresponsive. Note that my Bungie account is already linked to my Steam, I'm just trying to get the App to recognize my account. (ALREADY CLEARED CACHE AND REINSTALLED)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Click in-app sign in link
2. (continue on mobile OR copy to desktop and continue there)
3. Fill in steam credentials correctly (recognized as correct)
4. Click sign in on the correct profile
5. Click authorize
6. Nothing happens in web-page or app

2 RisposteSorry for the frustration! I don't think you'll be able to sign into the D2 Companion on Android if you transfer the web auth to another browser on Windows. You'll need to complete the process with a browser on your Android device. To troubleshoot, you can try installing another browser on Android like Firefox or Firefox Focus, but the normal Chrome browser should be fine too. Can you try signing into the [url=https://www.bungie.net/]Bungie.net[/url] website with different browsers on your Android device, and see if that works? And also try signing into a 3rd-party Destiny 2 app or website like Destiny Item Manager or Light.gg? Please let me know if these alternatives work for you.
