Recently, I had just got new internet installed, but it was with the same provider. Now, when I try to connect with other players on Destiny 2 it doesn't allow me. First, the error code said I had a "Moderate NAT Type" I had then changed some settings on my modem to allow the NAT Type to be open. Now the current error code is the one showed in the post. Any ideas what might the issue be and how to resolve something along these lines?
