NAT Type keeps switching from Open to Moderate
I don't know if it really creates much of an issue in game but I keep on noticing my NAT Type switching from Open to Moderate very frequently. I've gotten countless Weasel errors and I am at my wits end. I've done various tests including testing my connection constantly and for packet loss specifically and all came out fine. I'm not sure what else to do at this point to mediate it.

Make sure Ipv6 is enabled at your network adapter. Also port forwarding helps solve the issue. If you are using ATT fiber their routers have a IP pass through capability that has solved the NAT issue for me. enable IP pass through and pick the IP address associated with the network card you are using.
