Game Crashes While in the Tower
Since Tuesday I've had the game crash 3 times on me now.
In the years I've played D2, I can probably count on 1 hand the amount of times the game actually crashed on me and it wasn't an error code that sent me back to orbit or the character select screen. Now it happened 3 times; once while talking to Banshee and twice while I was just in the tower

I been able to enter the tower through the Annex (fast travel to the Drifter), at least until they fix this. But, that's worked for me. Hopefully it works for you.

Mine won’t let me load in at all. I still have the guardian games ceremony quest line which I believe is what’s causing it for me at least. I can’t delete it so I can’t confirm this.

Just walking anywhere it just locks up and close the game. Getting really fed up with this now.

What I did was I reopen the map when at black screen and click courtyard and then it loads and takes me to no black screen and all is back to normal. Well for me at least

Bug pour arriver à la tour Bonjour, Bug sur PS5 Quand je veux aller à la tour je me retrouve avec un écran noir et je reste bloqué dedans. OU Destiny plante littéralement. En passant par le vagabond et en remontant les escaliers j'arrive à y aller mais ça plante quand même de temps en temps. C'est vraiment lourd, je sais pas quand le prob sera résolu, si vous avez des infos, je suis preneur. D'avance merci.

I've loaded into the tower and crashed. Also, I've fast travelled and had the perspective of other people's characters. Lol!

So many bugs. If I'm lucky enough to land in the tower and not get hung on a black screen I run the risk of the whole game freezing. The gunsmith kicks me to Xbox home without even giving an error message. Not good.

5 RisposteDefinitely long loading times for me. But my crashes happen so far when I talk to Banshee-44 (if I leave the tower and come back more than an hour later it’ll crash again for me)

Modificato da slamdunk600: 5/28/2022 5:29:27 AMI've been noticing weird things in the Tower too. No crashes, just having Master Rahool not fully load in for one thing, same with Banshee. As well as how slow it feels to get in, and my Guardian's appearance not showing up when I'm accessing the Character Tab. And this is all on XBOX One.

My friend plays on pc and crashes most of the time to Interaction with Banshee. Im on ps5 and i only get lag spikes in tower or my character sometimes gets “stuck” while camera moves around but cannot do anything else unless i leave or fast travel to fix. Banshees gun randomly disappears when visiting. That Telesto magically vanishes

The game is literally unplayable for me now. It not only crashes in the Tower but also when finishing loading Europa.

Past 2 days I've crashed about a dozen times. Not getting any error codes though the game will freeze for a couple seconds then boot me straight back to the desktop.

Yes!!! I’m getting the same thing it’s happened 3 times already and did anyone notice most of the people in the tower look like they are standing in a dark room?

2 RisposteThe tower log in and crashing issue is a problem. You can only cash in prime engrams there. I have been going to the helm or the enclave for postmaster.
