Did you find a fix? I’m getting this with legacy game on series s and can’t log in despite restarting.

Hello. From what I’ve seen on the forums years ago, a temporarily solution or permanent solution is to go to Settings > Disc and Blu-ray > Blu-ray > Clear Persistent Data. After that, try to log in.

I managed to get logged in eventually after trying a couple of times. Hmmm ... I kinda doubt if that’s what the issue was as mine is a digital copy? Thank you for replying though. 😊
