Account Linking Problem
I have a new PS5 and I cannot get into my account and my old account with my ps4 is not the one I want to use with cross-save, which is my wife's account. How do I switch my account without being penalized for three months if I disable cross-save?

Hi there. It's not possible to manage linked accounts when Cross Save is enabled. If you need to switch one of your accounts, you have to disable it first and wait out the mandatory 90-day lockout.
