cryptolith lure charging
does the increased charging rate of the lure only apply to one character as I noticed improvement in the rate on first char but after that, back to normal on the other two

Hello. It should be applied to all characters since they all have the perks. But, each activity gives different percentages. Strikes and gambit should give 50% charge and crucible gives 33% percent charge.
