Choose Mods For Sparrows Just Like Ghosts.
We were given the ability to choose mods for our ghosts. Sparrows should be the same way.
You can ride the sparrow you like and fit it with mods.
Masterwork: 10 energy.
These are examples.
Spawn Summon Rate: 1 energy slowest to 6 energy fastest.
Dodge from side to side: 2 Energy.
Auto reload weapons while you ride: 2 Energy.
Increase speed: 1 (2%) 2 (4%) 3 (6%) 4 (8%) 5 (10%) 6 (12%)
Weapons: Fires bullets from your sparrow: 5 energy: Can over heat requiring a cool down period before you can use it again.

Meh, I wouldn't be opposed to any of this, but now that sparrows have instant summon by default I don't think they need any changes. Honestly, I think randomly rolled sparrows are kind of unnecessary. Just make all sparrows 160, and have all the perks be inherent like instant summon is now.
