Hey there. You may want to sign out of the app, then view our [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46269#CompanionApp]Destiny Companion Guide[/url] to see how you can remove your App Cache and delete your Content Database, then sign back in. Performing these steps might help with your issue.
If that doesn't work, you might want to delete the app and reinstall it.

Please read the problem before submitting a solution. I am having the same issue and its not on the app, its the bungie.net website itself. ChrisEPlays stated that he was using Bungie.net in the title of this thread. I am also using the website to look for groups and when it asks what characters I want to play, it lists nothing. Thus I cannot join or make fireteams on the WEBSITE.
