I've done extensive testing with both class item mods on my hunter. Neither Dynamo or Perpetuation work at all, even when dodging next to enemies. There is no CD reduction period, it's the exact same results as having neither equipped. Distribution does work, but only when dodging near enemies (which I assume is intended, but is not specified anywhere). Bungie, are you aware of these bugs and is there a planned fix?
