The Crucible team needs to be better

Nice video from Mtashed on the state of updates in the crucible and how bad the crucible team is at what they do. He's right, this is getting outrageous. So much unchecked, unbalanced things ruining crucible that take 6 months to address. Then when they are addressed they completely miss the mark. Updates on major issues not just crucible side take way too long that by the time they are fixed the game has shifted to something else. A prime example is their response to a recent post about Eververse, The said they were talking to the team about Eververse prices and how we think they are too steep and it makes FOTL all about money. So when will we see the changes? Probably next year. Probably too late. This is how crucible is, we ask for needed changes, then six months pass and we are in a new season with new weapons and gear. And then they fix it. Some of these requests that are supported by the community arent brain busters, they dont require entire reworks or mountains of data. It seems like they overthink the problems that would take the least to fix and overanalyze it, and then swing too hard because of overthinking the problem (every super nerf ever). So now that a streamer said it, will things change? Because more and more Youtubers are getting very frustrated at the state of crucible who want to see it thrive and be better because they love the game. Its just a shame the developers dont think the same way. What happened to PvP updates? Wheres the PvP team? There is still no love to crucible.
