I have 175 up and 10 down and constantly have problems with other people being laggy iam now recording all game play and have speed test running to prove it's not my internet to build a case against bungie get proof and than we as a community can make changes

Your download should be higher which means you're just not getting all of the information quick enough. thats why you're lagging. if your upload is 175 then you're not gonna really lag for everyone else but if you're download is only 10 everyone is gonna lag for you. 10mb/s isn't enough. If you have the ability to manually distribute/allocate upload and download rates then try that and see if you can A. Raise your download mb/s B. Balance out the two a bit closer together Its basic advice but advice I know can make a difference in some cases. Hope it helps.

The game uses just under 1mbps in each direction during normal gameplay. Sure, higher downstream usage can kick in during load-ins, but once the instance gets going it doesn't teally consume much at all. Even subsidized plans can have enough bandwidth to support the game, so bandwidth really shouldn't be an issue these days (unless maybe someone is on dialup?). Latency and packet loss is what needs to be focused on.
