I believe I initially linked the wrong blizzard account (one without destiny) to my steam account where I pre-ordered Shadowkeep. I then linked the correct blizzard account to the correct steam account. Once I had done this I thought my accounts were properly linked and I launched the game, only for it to take me to the character creation screen. I have been dealing with this problem for two weeks now. I submitted an initial help request for help to Bungie and was rejected by their automated system. Then I sent a second help request and was told I would get assistance in 1 to 2 business days, it has been 4 business days. I'd really like to get this sorted so I can dig into that new content. Thank you for any help in correcting this mess I've made.
