Hello, [b](tl:dr at bottom)[/b] Just wondering about the legacy importing/cross play saving. To preface, I have NOT imported legacy (Xbox 360) characters to current gen (Xbox One). It's my belief that all Destiny 1 characters were imported to Destiny 2 in 2017(?) - now, were these ONLY Xbox One/PS4 Destiny 1 characters, meaning my Destiny 1 Xbox 360 save was NOT imported for Destiny 2? When logging into this site and looking at my profile, which is linked to my Microsoft account I originally used for D1 X360 back in the day, my Destiny 1 legacy characters are not showing up - or at least don't appear to of been imported into Destiny 2. I had already completed the game (i.e. black garden) before 2017 and had lvl 28,29,30 characters which I believe met the criteria for import. When using Destiny Inventory Manager with the SAME Microsoft account, I can see my current D2 PC save and my legacy D1 saves. Do I need to simply log into Destiny 2 on a current gen console to get access (I'd wager that this may be what is needed). Will that result in my old saves showing up in cross play? Is there a way around needing to do this (as I do NOT own a current gen console)? The reason I ask this, is because IF I can get my D1 chars to show up in my cross save slot, I can chuck my old profile chock full off exotics (that are now exclusive to season passes/etc??) into my Destiny 2 PC steam save which would be great. [b]Tl:dr Can I import a legacy save to current gen without owning a current gen console? That will allow me effectively import D1 Xbox 360 saves to D2 PC.[/b] EDIT: Did the D1-D2 profile migration import gear/weapons? or just cosmetic items? Thanks in advance for any help!
