Dear Bungie, I was trying to do cross save at 19.09.2019 I was trying to cross save battle net to Xbox account after I did that I got kicked out from the game. I didn’t understand what happened but when I launched the game all my characters and items (Armor, weapons etc.) disappeared and started me back at the character creation screen. I don’t know what to do can you help me to restore my account. Sincerely Ykslm#2100
