I'm not looking for an explanation as to the rules. I know the difference between a ban and restriction etc. I'm hoping it's possible to find out why my matchmaking was restricted for 2 weeks, without any warning. I play in the UK, on a stable, decent speed connection. Sure it's not fibre, but in my area it literally costs £50 more a month and I can't afford that. But it's enough to be able to consistently stream HD movies etc without any issue. As for Destiny, sure I get the occasional (read: once or twice a month) error that boots me from a game, but I know for a fact I have friends who get it worse then I do. But for some reason I've been given a 2 week ban from all matchmade activities? Effectively locking me out of half the current content for the remainder of the season. Does this mean come Shadowkeep I'm just going to get banned again because there's literally nothing I can do to improve or change my connection between now and then? If so I'm glad I haven't pre-ordered yet. I was [i]this[/i] close to my fifth reset too. To be honest I'm really mad about it all, and would just like some sort of explanation.
