Can no longer access my Forsaken Content after Cross saving
I recently cross saved my xbox account so I could play Destiny 2 on PC with my friends without starting over and when I logged in I discovered that I can't continue the Forsaken story due to it not allowing me to go to the Tangled Shore and instead prompting me to rebuy Forsaken? Am I not able to access my DLC content even with cross save?

Did you buy forsaken and the dlcs for the pc?

Cross save does not transfer DLCs, as those licenses are controlled by the platform, not Bungie.
