The Taken King Legendary Edition PS4
So, I ordered a copy of The Taken King Legendary Edition for PS4, completely unaware that this NEW copy of a game would come with an expired code for over a year and a half ago.
I tried getting in touch with Playstation Network to see what they could do, but because the code was expired they directed me to the publisher who THEN directed me back to Bungie and the retailer.
This is my last recourse before I go back to Best Buy (even though they said that they couldn't return it due to the packaging having been taken off). This whole experience has been... subpar.
My question is this: is it possible for a new a code to be given to me? I've got receipts and everything to prove it was a new purchase.

2 RisposteUnfortunately, bungie does not issue or replace codes. This is an unfortunate byproduct of stores selling their really old stock of a game that has been out of print for a couple years. About the only place to obtain the real pack is via the console market places
